With 19 years of experience in the childcare industry, including 13 years working as a professional nanny, I have dedicated much of my career to supporting children and families through the many stages of early childhood.
My experience working closely with families has given me a deep understanding of how important quality sleep is not only for children, but for parents too. I’ve seen first-hand how sleep deprivation can affect your mood, emotions, concentration and overall wellbeing, making it harder to feel fully present both at work and at home.
This is what inspired me to become a Sleep Consultant. I wanted to use my experience and knowledge to support other parents in achieving the sleep they need, so they can feel more rested, focused and emotionally present for their families.
My approach is supportive, compassionate and tailored to each individual family. I understand that every child is different, and there is no one size fits all approach to sleep. My goal is to work alongside you, provide practical guidance and help you build healthy, sustainable sleep habits that work for your family.

We offer three plans designed to meet you and your little one’s needs, whether you’re looking for guidance to do it yourself or more personalised support from me.
From simple guidance to personalised support, there’s a plan to suit every family.

I believe every family is different, which is why I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach to infant sleep.
I help tired parents improve their baby’s sleep by first understanding your baby, your family, and your lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a personalised sleep plan that works for you not against you.
Whether you’re an on-the-go family who needs flexible naps around your daily life, or if you prefer a more consistent routine with cot naps at home, that’s absolutely fine.
Your plan will be tailored around what feels realistic and manageable for your family.
Sleep deprivation can be incredibly hard. When you’re waking throughout the night, struggling with naps, or spending hours trying to get your child to sleep, it can leave you feeling completely exhausted.
I support families with children aged 0–5 years who are ready for better sleep, more confidence and, most importantly, a chance to get some much needed rest.
I can help if:
Whether you have a newborn who won’t settle, a baby waking frequently through the night, a toddler taking hours to fall asleep, or an early-rising preschooler, I’m here to support you without judgement.
There is no one-size fits all approach. I’ll take the time to understand your child, your family and your lifestyle, so we can create a personalised approach that feels realistic and manageable for you.
