“I would definitely say that the bedtime routine you suggested has been a huge help, especially in understanding the importance of daytime naps. It has made a significant difference in how our baby sleeps at night. He used to go to bed at 11pm but now he is able to settle by 7.30 pm which has given us our evenings back and made a huge difference overall. Your support has been invaluable. We couldn’t have done it without a good routine which we didn’t have. We have nailed the 7pm to 7am sleep window which was our main goal.”
